no you did not

·         African parents don’t allow their children to tell them what they like and dislike.
·         Who the hell said you could choose what to and what not to eat (mocking laugh)?
·         If you want to choose, you better go out there and do something.
·         That is work
·         American parents be like “baby what do you want to eat today”,
·         And the kids are like “burger, full boneless chicken, hot dog, nooooo vegies though
·         And the mom is like “no baby you have to eat your vegies, they are good for your body”
·         And the kid is like “i-said-i-want-no-vegies”
·         Ok baby no problem
·         Now, in Africa, you don’t do that
·         This are the safety tips that God gives you before you are borne of a black woman,
·         Especially in Africa.
·         This are more like the commitment we had to follow to make it to 21.
·          I am 20 now; you might think this ass is off the whooping list.
·         But no, my dad keeps beating me like I am fucking 10 years old (crying)
·         Don’t push me cos I am close to the edge, I might fall men common (still crying).
·         This issue of beating scares the shit out of me men.
·         I am even scared to bring friends back home
·         Because this nigga might flip and beat me in front of my friends
·         How am I going to go to school the next  day
